Our Staff Team
Eils Osgood (Vicar) Eils is married to Matt (our Worship Pastor), is step-mum to two, and mum to two more. She trained for ordination at St Mellitus College in London and loves helping people to discover the joy, hope and purpose that is found in Jesus (preferably along with a good cup of coffee!) In her spare time, Eils loves singing, running and cooking up a storm for family and friends.
Liz Morris (Operations Manager) takes great pleasure in working behind the scenes to ensure the smooth running of church business and that church members and the community using the Church Centre are served well. You will mostly find her tucked away in the Church Office working with the Administrator or buzzing around the building. In her spare time, she loves any excuse to gather with family and friends or going on long walks and in quieter moments relaxing with a puzzle or working her way through a series on Netflix.
Matt Osgood (Associate Pastor) is responsible for organising and leading our sung worship and looking after all related technical things. Matt is married to Eils (our Vicar) and has four children ranging in age from teenagers to a toddler, who keep him pretty busy! He loves running with Oscar, the family labrador, and can be found most mornings doing laps of East Sheen Common.
Louise McFerran (Assistant Pastor) loves to get stuck into life in our church, from preaching to getting messy at our Holiday Club, and everything in between! She has trained as a licensed lay minister and enjoys sharing what she has discovered. She is married and has two children, both at Holy Trinity School, and enjoys going on adventures with them, particularly if it involves theme parks!
Devan Fleetwood (Youth Pastor) is passionate about working with the young people, between the ages of 11 and 18, both in HTR and secondary schools locally. He started out as a youth pastor in South Africa and has recently moved to the UK with his wife, Sian, after a stint as a wilderness guide in the US. Devan loves cracking open a good book (the more fantasy elements the better) and exploring all the ins and outs of his new home city while listening to a good podcast.
