Our Staff Team

Dan Wells (Vicar) trained for ordination at Wycliffe Hall in Oxford and is married to Louise. He loves to help people see Jesus more clearly and walk with him more closely. He enjoys baking bread, playing guitar and watching superhero movies. He is a long-time supporter of the Denver Broncos American Football team, despite having never been to Colorado! Eils Osgood (Associate Vicar) Eils is married to Matt (our Worship Pastor), is step-mum to two, and mum to two more. She trained for ordination at St Mellitus College in London and loves helping people to discover the joy, hope and purpose that is found in Jesus (preferably along with a good cup of coffee!) In her spare time, Eils loves singing, running and cooking up a storm for family and friends.




Sue Jackson (Children's Pastor) never tires of spending time with children and seeing their and their families’ journey with Jesus. She helps run the 0-10 year old Junior Church, Groups and Clubs. Married with three children (one now married), she loves to be with family and friends, watch her two younger children play tennis, watch F1 racing and be a willing taster for her husband’s food - he’s a chef!



Liz Morris (Operations Manager) takes great pleasure in working behind the scenes to ensure the smooth running of church business and that church members and the community using the Church Centre are served well. You will mostly find her tucked away in the Church Office working with the Administrator or buzzing around the building. In her spare time, she loves any excuse to gather with family and friends or going on long walks and in quieter moments relaxing with a puzzle or working her way through a series on Netflix.


Rebecca Reynolds (Administrator) was born and raised in Richmond and loves helping the church serve the local community. She has two daughters, who both attend Holy Trinity School, as she did herself many years ago! She loves to keep fit with combat training and gym classes, enjoys reading a good thriller and discovering the latest box set series. 

 

Ella Baxter (Office & Events Co-ordinator) has 15 years admin and events experience, and enjoys nothing more than creating calm out of chaos.  She aims to ensure the smooth running of the office alongside the rest of the Office Team and to help to create a welcoming environment for all.  She has a passion for hosting and creating fun events for children and adults alike.  In her spare time Ella enjoys baking with her two children and quiet time with a book.
