Life Groups

What are Life Groups?

Life groups are at the heart of our church life. They are groups of people from Holy Trinity who meet regularly during the week, either weekly or fortnightly. Some gather in homes in Richmond and the surrounding area, while others are based at church. Most meet in the evening but some take place during the day.

What do they do?

Every group is different. But common to all is learning through studying the Bible, worshipping God together, praying for one another and the wider world, and caring for, supporting and encouraging each other. Hospitality and food also feature highly!

Who are they for?

Life groups are for everyone - for those who have been Christians for many years, for those who are new to faith and are keen to grow, and for those on a journey of finding out who Jesus is.

Why are they important?

Being a Christian works best when it’s an experience shared with others who believe the same things and want to grow in their faith. Life groups provide a sense of community and close friendships that help this to happen.

What other groups are there?
