Our Staff Team
Trevor Patterson (Vicar) was born in Lisburn, Northern Ireland and before Ordination taught music and English for seven years. He loves spending time with his family, is keen on sport and supports the great Manchester United; he loves to run, read and spend the occasional evening in a jazz club. He is very excited to watch HTR grow in faith and influence.
Alwyn Webb (Curate) trained for ordination at St Mellitus College and is married with two children. He enjoys cooking, travel, rugby and football. As a lifelong West Ham supporter, his ambition is to see them win the Premiership followed by the Champions League, but suspects the Lord might return before this happens!
Kate Patterson (Licensed Lay Minister) loves being part of a church family where everyone matters. She is a speaker and author of The Promise of Blessing. Kate is also a part-time school chaplain at Holy Trinity School. Last but definitely not least, she is mum to Johnny (22), Connor (20) and Ben (18).
Georges Kesrouani (Youth and Children’s Minister) is originally from Beirut, Lebanon but grew up down the road in the Borough of Ealing. He’s also lived in the 8th in Paris, and can often be found in the western USA in the summers with ministry friends. He loves spinning classes, good coffee and the odd Chablis! He is passionate about seeing young people equipped and released into ministry, and is currently undertaking a DTh in Practical Theology at Roehampton.
Sue Jackson (Children's Worker) never tires of spending time with children and seeing their and their families’ journey with Jesus. She helps run the 0-10 year old Junior Church, Groups and Clubs. Married with three children (one now married), she loves to be with family and friends, watch her two younger children play tennis, watch F1 racing and be a willing taster for her husband’s food - he’s a chef!
(Worship Pastor) is a husband, father and a lover of music. Enjoys watching and playing sport, and also enjoys food! His mission is to help people encounter Christ, whether through music, conversation, prayer or anything short of sin. He’s still amazed at the power of praying to the living God and the welcome he experiences with Him.
(Pastoral Team Leader) is an armchair football and tennis fan who can be found shouting at the TV on a regular basis. Enjoys being with people, bookshops, gardening and cooking, not necessarily in that order! Describes herself as a bringer of hope and healing, working alongside God to take away the isolation we can feel during difficult times, and her passion is caring for carers.
(Riverbank Trust) joined the team at HTR after several years as a social worker, and is Director of Riverbank Trust
. She is passionate about seeing vulnerable women experience the love of Jesus and believes the Church has a radical role to play in restoring fractured and broken families. She is still a northerner at heart, and is happiest when wearing wellies!
(Operations Manager) joined the Staff Team after retiring from government service, but has been a member of Holy Trinity and actively involved in many ways since his early twenties. A proud Norfolk boy and compulsive organiser, he loves to be up a mountain or beside the sea with a camera.
Joao Paulo Tavares
(Church Administrator) is a Brazilian guy who has chosen London to be his home, and Holy Trinity to be his church family. He is passionate about art, music, photography, museums, travelling, and especially his lovely wife, Vivi. You will find him in the church office usually with a cup of coffee (black, with one sugar), one more of his passions.
