Cornerstone - Edition 20

cornerstone 20The Easter 2020 edition of Cornerstone has now been published, looking back at some of the highlights of the past few months and bringing news and encouragement at a time when we are discovering new ways of being church.

Dan Wells, our Vicar, reflects on Easter and encourages us to consider The Greatest Love. While  many  great love stories end in tragedy, Easter tells a powerfully different story of death having been defeated by love. We look back at last Christmas and our morning Alpha Course at the start of this year, say goodbye to Keith Nurse as our Operations Manager and welcome to Rebecca Reynolds as our Administrator, hear about Thy Kingdom Come later this Spring, find out how Psalm 46 inspires Evelyn Thompson, and reflect on our 150th anniversary year - although we don't know at the moment quite how we will celebrate it!
